A coyote hunting prey in the field behind our house yesterday.We are welcoming winter in style this year. We have the most snow we remember since moving to Oregon. Yesterday topped it all with a rare 8 inches. And today, it was actually still here. Because they don't plow residential streets in Oregon, we are enjoying being snowed in on our scenic wintery lane.
Tonight we took the kids on an evening sled ride down our street (with Garry pulling the sled) to look at Christmas lights. Emily wasn't too happy about riding down our sloped driveway but was pretty excited by the lights once we got to level ground.
We all had a great time.
